About The Position

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager at AT&T, you will be at the forefront of store operations, leveraging your retail knowledge and leadership skills. You will help oversee daily store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure AT&T customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. This role involves partnering with a store manager to handle all aspects of daily retail store operations, including assisting with merchandising, product launches, and working to meet and exceed sales objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The company provides best-in-class paid training to prepare you for leadership success, and you will gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
