  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Needlepointer (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead associate team in day to day functions including but not limited to;
  • Greet customers into Penny Linn spaces and make them feel welcomed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Monitoring inventory levels. Including assisting with inventory control and store shrinkage
  • Lead merchandising and restocking efforts for retail stores, including thread ordering, printing barcodes for products, re-merchanding the store as needed, etc.
  • Assist in organizing and lead impactful in-store/community events including instruction, volunteering, pop-ups, etc.
  • Meet key performance initiatives as made by management
  • Help develop standard operating procedures for the retail channel of the business
  • Assist in the organization of customer logs including personal shopping needs/requests, finishing needs and event sign up
  • Provide on the job training for new team members
  • Assist in making sure retail store hours are covered at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, while resolving any customer complaints and needs as they arise
