About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the business with management oversight for the day-to-day operations. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 - $66,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail operations
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, walking

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support management in overseeing retail stores, portable locations, merchandising standards, operational efficiency and team development
  • Manage in-store merchandise displays to ensure maximum visual impact and revenue generation
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment action plans with management
  • Execute and delegate liquidation directives in coordination with management
  • Assist with generating weekly schedules and maintaining accurate availability and attendance requirements
  • Lead team members effectively and efficiently on daily operations while maintaining accountability
  • Coordinate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure accurate transition of merchandise and supplies
  • Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clientele and team branding to ensure an impactful and positive reputation
