About The Position

• Assists the Retail Manager in conducting sales meetings, setting goals, and addressing performance issues.
• Effectively communicates information to members and associates, ensuring understanding and adapting communication styles as needed.
• Utilizes a branded sales process to drive sales teams towards achieving performance targets and deepening client relationships.
• Promotes eco-partners and translates referral goals into actionable behaviors to meet sales targets.
• Educates members and associates on banking issues, regulations, and technological tools to enhance financial well-being.
• Ensures a best-in-class service experience and aids in the development of Universal Associates.
