We are searching for a Hideout Assistant Manager. This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the restaurants and bars. Your primary role is to oversee and support the front of house operations, develop, and motivate your team members and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Restaurant management highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Strong communication skills; approachable and professional
- Prior team leadership highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure that service is run effectively and smoothly
- Assist with managing team members
- Assist with guest requests and needs that may arise
- Process payroll and work with team member schedules
