Summary/Objective: Reporting to the District Supervisor, the Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations at our franchise owned Tim Hortons restaurant(s). This includes overseeing Customer Service Team Members, facilities, and equipment to ensure that our high standards around people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service are consistently met. In the absence of General Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager also manages Bakery Team Members, Shift Leaders, Shift Supervisors, and Shift Managers.
