The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Nemacolin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring superior guest service and adherence to Forbes Five Star and Four Diamond standards. This role involves actively building guest relations, mentoring staff, and working closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Restaurant Manager to foster teamwork. Key responsibilities include meeting financial goals, approving schedules, managing payroll, handling guest concerns, and assisting with the yearly operating budget. The manager will also ensure compliance with various training requirements (RAMP, ServSafe, Knife and Blade) and provide coaching to Food and Beverage leaders. The position requires strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, independent decision-making, and excellent time-management skills, all while maintaining confidentiality.
