About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will primarily work the dinner shifts at the Hotel Restaurant, Ciclo. You will be responsible for maintaining and controlling a high level of guest service. You will also be responsible for the development, training and disciplinary process of staff members.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
• US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
• Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and controlling a high level of guest service.
• Responsible for the development, training and disciplinary process of staff members.
