Swampers Bar and Grille, a premier dining experience located within the Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for an individual with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and oversee a motivated team of staff members.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Swampers Bar and Grill, ensuring efficient service, exceptional food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to provide a high level of service.
- Ensure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience by maintaining a positive atmosphere, resolving guest complaints, and upholding company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and dining areas.
- Work closely with other departments within the Renaissance Resort and Spa to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
