Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and direct a team
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and quality control
Open availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to make quick decisions and maintain composure under pressure
High level of professionalism and a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain consistent food quality and cleanliness standards throughout each shift
Direct and supervise staff to ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards
Reject food that does not meet quality standards and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Lead the team to stay productive and motivated throughout the shift
Handle guest issues with integrity, resolving problems promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain customer service scores at an optimal level of 5
Address staff dress code and appearance issues when necessary
Support staff development and foster a positive team environment
Be flexible with work hours, including different shifts and time periods
