Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and direct a team
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and quality control
  • Open availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to make quick decisions and maintain composure under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain consistent food quality and cleanliness standards throughout each shift
  • Direct and supervise staff to ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards
  • Reject food that does not meet quality standards and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Lead the team to stay productive and motivated throughout the shift
  • Handle guest issues with integrity, resolving problems promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain customer service scores at an optimal level of 5
  • Address staff dress code and appearance issues when necessary
  • Support staff development and foster a positive team environment
  • Be flexible with work hours, including different shifts and time periods
