About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
• US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
• Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and controlling a high level of guest service.
• Responsible for the development, training and disciplinary process of staff members.
