  • Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations : Ensure smooth, consistent service across all dayparts.
  • Lead and inspire the team : Coach, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Champion guest experience : Build relationships, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Partner with the Restaurant Manager : Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks.
  • Uphold brand standards : Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality across the restaurant.
  • Drive culture : Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
