Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager (fast food preferred)
• A leader who sets the tone , not just follows it
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license
