About The Position

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service. Manage inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained. Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial reporting. Train, develop, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality customer service. Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce. Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to achieve operational goals. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and culinary practices.

  • Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and cash handling procedures is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as casual dining environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality management or kitchen management is highly valued.
  • Previous roles may include assistant manager experience or supervisory positions within the restaurant sector.
