  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote restaurant services and maximize revenue.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
  • Act in the absence of the manager as needed.
