About The Position

As an Assistant Restaurant Leader at Angry Chickz, you are a key player on the team, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and provides exceptional dining experiences. This role involves actively participating in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The individual must be able to perform all essential duties successfully.

Requirements

• An eagle eye for details and highly organized, even when things change.
• Self-driven, flexible, and full of energy.
• Proficient in talking, writing, and listening.
• Awesome at solo missions and team work.
• Ability to see problems, make goals, create plans, and get things rolling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ready to learn new tech tricks.
• Available for all sorts of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and some travel if needed.
• Professionalism, inside and outside the restaurant.
• Experience managing restaurants.
• 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English.
• Able to read English.
• Ability and willingness to solve problems individually and as a Team.
• Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.

Nice To Haves

• Experience opening a new restaurant or doing local marketing.
• Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.

• Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers.
• Actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
