The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Canine Country Club and Feline Inn is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, customer experience, and sales performance of the resort. Maximize sales and profits through effective management.
Develop and maintain high levels of customer service.
Lead and mentor Resort Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members.
Create and implement plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
Communicate the company's mission, values, and objectives to the team.
Drive community outreach through marketing and special events.
Manage Profit and Loss effectively.

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of management experience, including Profit and Loss management.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software.
Valid Driver's License and vehicle for transporting pets in emergencies.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management, or hospitality.
