About The Position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Canine Country Club and Feline Inn is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, customer experience, and sales performance of the resort. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profits while ensuring exceptional customer service and care for pets. The AGM will lead a team, develop strong relationships with customers, and create a culture of excellence within the resort.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of management experience, including Profit and Loss management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for transporting pets in emergencies.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management, or hospitality.
