The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Canine Country Club and Feline Inn is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, customer experience, and sales performance of the resort.   • Manage Profit and Loss effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of management experience, including Profit and Loss management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software.
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle for transporting pets in emergencies.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management, or hospitality.
