About The Position

American Training, a non-profit Human Services Agency, is seeking a full-time Assistant Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in the Merrimack Valley. Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1 year experience working in Human Services working with people with disabilities
  • MAP Certified OR ability to pass MAP Course required.
  • Flexibility with hours
  • Valid State driver’s license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required)
  • Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting

Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide Colleagues to complete required documentation on medical, behavioral and community goals from their Individual Support Plan (ISP) and help individuals in their day-to-day life to achieve their goals
  • Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care
  • Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents
  • Rotate on-call responsibility with Program Manager. This will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fosters an environment of empowerment and choice for all Residents
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
