About The Position
The Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) position is a full-time, entry-level supervisory role that offers an opportunity to gain experience and develop skills necessary for advancement in the human services career. This position is particularly focused on providing training, supervision, and assistance to residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills while participating in daily household management. The ARM will work on the 2nd shift and is responsible for various duties that support both the residents and the Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff.
