Requirements

Active LPN license in good standing
CPR/AED certification
At least one year of LPN experience in a senior care setting
Leadership qualities that inspire trust and teamwork
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
A heart for seniors and a commitment to exceptional service

Responsibilities

Support the Resident Services Director (RSD) in daily clinical and department operations
Promote and uphold safety, infection control, and life safety standards
Collaborate with Care Staff to create, review, and update Resident Service Plans
Assist Sales & Marketing with assessments for prospects and new residents
Maintain strong communication with the RSD to ensure continuity of care
Help supervise and guide Care Staff in day-to-day clinical support
Assist directly with resident care as needed
Ensure department compliance with budget procedures and purchasing guidelines
Drive high resident satisfaction through warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service
