About The Position

Supports and represents educational program(s) at assigned site. Provides general administrative support to include, but not limited to, meeting agendas and minutes, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, handles phone calls/messages, filing, copying, and faxing. Purchases office equipment and supplies as needed. Assists with scheduling and supporting educational program events including lectures, recruitment interviews, orientation, retreats, as well as various meetings and other program-related events. Supports clinical schedule creation, as applicable. Assists Residency Coordinator and Educational Program Leadership in completing program administrative paperwork to ensure compliance with applicable accrediting requirements. Assists in the preparation for ACGME and Self Study, Site Visits and internal/special reviews. Assists in ensuring all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding are completed for new providers and/or residents and students. This includes ensuring all providers are completing their Vituity and hospital Medical Staff Office (MSO) initial credentialing and re-credentialing as applicable and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Graduate Medical Education Programs required.
