Assistant Residence Director Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Under the direction and supervision of the Residence Director, the Assistant Residence Director position is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the assigned residence. The Assistant Residence Director position is one that provides on-the-job training to professionals seeking a future operations management role with Seven Hills Foundation. This role may train or supervise direct support employees and works closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans that align with each person's goals and needs. The people we support participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of employees who work with them. The agency and its employees are responsible to the people we support. Pay: $23.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certification
