As a member of the Dealer Sales Pod, the ARM is responsible to leverage the Sales System & Protocol to ensure the overall interaction between the Dealer and Capital One is an iconic experience. The ARM is responsible for enabling their ASM, DSM and RM partners to focus on building best in class relationships and bring solutions to match their needs through consultative selling by: Serving as the main point of contact for dealer customer service escalations. Providing high touch concierge service. Developing a deep understanding of our products and programs, mining for dealer pings, and proactively setting up other Sales Pod members to be more effective through their conversations with the dealer. A likely match for this position is an energetic and fun individual who has effective communication skills. Strong multitasking, efficient typing, and attention to detail will also serve as valuable skills within this fast-paced position. Individuals who have strengths in quality assurance and process management may also be a solid match. We are seeking positive people, who think problem solving is fun.
