Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining student schedules.
  • Updating and maintaining schedules for current students based on academic performance and requests.
  • Reworking schedules in response to changes such as class failures or leaves of absence.
  • Breaking down and recreating student schedules with new term codes as needed.
  • Entering placement test scores and adjusting schedules accordingly.
  • Entering student transfer credits into the database and making necessary adjustments to schedules.
  • Monitoring audit sheets for program changes and creating class sections in the database.
  • Sharing general office duties with the Registrar, including answering phones and assisting students.
