The individual will prepare and maintain Master Registration, Don Rags, and Senior Oral Schedules, as well as transcripts and letters of certification for undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. The role requires maintaining the classroom schedule and collaborating with the Registrar and Assistant Dean on schedule and room assignments. The individual will also serve on various academic event committees, assist the Registrar in managing the department budget, and respond to requests for confidential student information while adhering to federal laws and College policies. Additionally, the position involves data management, automation of routine tasks, and providing excellent customer service to the campus community.
