About The Position
Belmont Abbey College seeks an Assistant Registrar to start July 2025. The Assistant Registrar is primarily responsible for maintaining student academic records, processing of transcripts, and managing the basic needs of the office such as ordering supplies, maintaining hard copy files, maintaining and updating forms, etc. In addition, the assistant registrar serves as a de-facto advisor when academic advisors are unavailable and assists with coordinating the physical execution of the graduation ceremony and rehearsal.
