The Assistant Regional Manager will support the Regional Manager in various operational tasks and responsibilities. This role involves training managers and assistant managers, conducting inspections of clubs, enforcing operational systems, and filling in as club manager when necessary. The Assistant Regional Manager will also assist during sale expirations and new club openings, maintain accessibility for communication, review daily paperwork, address member complaints, and train staff as needed. Monthly meetings with regional management will be attended to discuss promotions, goals, and operational issues. Additional responsibilities may include managing the pre-sale of new clubs, performing statistical analysis, and creating memos for club managers.
