About The Position

Our Assistant Regional Manager plays a key role in supporting our dermatology clinics by overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions across multiple locations. This role ensures each clinic operates efficiently, delivers excellent patient care, meets financial goals, and upholds company standards for compliance, performance, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting 3 or more healthcare/medical locations required (dermatology or specialty care highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, manage operations, and meet business goals
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, patient flow, and billing practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools
  • Ability to travel regularly to clinics within the assigned region

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations across multiple dermatology clinics
  • Provide onsite support in the absence of a practice manager
  • Support clinic managers with operational policies and workflows
  • Monitor key clinic performance metrics, including patient volume and productivity
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinic managers and staff
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide staff training
  • Foster a positive and collaborative culture aligned with organizational values
  • Identify staffing needs and assist with scheduling and resource allocation
  • Track and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, and company compliance standards
  • Act as a liaison between clinics and 3rd party billing company
  • Oversee audits, insurance, credentialing and other areas of clinical practice
  • Conduct monthly compliance audits at each location to ensure adherence
  • Promote exceptional patient care and satisfaction across all clinics
  • Ensure that clinical workflows support high-quality care delivery and patient safety

Benefits

  • Compensation: $75,000 -$90,000 base plus potential bonus
