American Communities is seeking an experienced Assistant Regional Manager to support the Regional Manager in overseeing the financial and operational success of multiple communities within our portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will provide hands-on leadership to on-site teams while guiding performance in leasing, collections, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. You’ll help analyze financials, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, strengthen vendor relationships, and elevate the resident experience across every community you support. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of multi-site or large-scale property management experience, strong financial and leadership skills, proficiency in Yardi/RealPage and Microsoft/Google platforms, and the ability to travel between communities.
