AHRC NYC is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) to help over see their Employment Business Services programs in Staten Island. The role of the ARM is to support the Regional Managers in all areas....specifically in the areas of account management, contract operations, customer services, staff training, and account development. The ARM will be actively involved in assisting the Regional Manager/ Regional Manager/ Regional Operations Director in troubleshooting and stabilizing problematic sites; as well as strategically implementing schedules and systems to make accounts more self-sufficient. This should in turn promote more organization for the existing accounts in the Region and promote growth. The ARM will also be responsible for the proper training of all Supervisory staff, which includes Senior Coordinating Foreperson, Foreperson, Production Specialists, and Lead Porters. In addition, the ARM will use their expertise to research and identify appropriate resources for the cost analysis necessary to the bidding process.
