About The Position
The Assistant Regional Manager will support the Regional Manager in various operational tasks and responsibilities. This role involves training managers and assistant managers, conducting inspections of clubs, enforcing operational systems, and filling in as club manager when necessary. The Assistant Regional Manager will also assist during sale expirations and new club openings, ensuring accessibility for communication at all times. Regular review of paperwork, addressing member complaints, and training staff are also key components of this position. Monthly meetings with regional management will be attended to discuss promotions, goals, and operational issues.
