Under close supervision of the supervising attorney, the position is responsible for conducting legal research including researching precedents in cases. The role involves preparing and disseminating complex documents, compiling and preparing subpoenas, pleadings, and developing and modifying forms and procedures. The individual will deliver legal pleadings and provide support and assistance to the supervising attorney on a variety of legal matters.
