The Assistant Public Defender II will provide competent and zealous representation and advocacy to indigent clients. This position represents clients in the following Courts - Magistrate, Traffic, State & Superior. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university and a license to practice law in the State of Georgia. Work is assigned by the Public Defender and/or management team in terms of department goals, objectives, and priorities.
