About The Position
The Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (APA) plays a crucial role in prosecuting criminal cases, child abuse and neglect cases, and establishing paternity and child support in Ingham County. Under the direction of the Prosecuting Attorney and/or the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, the APA is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards while performing various legal functions, including trial representation and legal research.
