About The Position
The Lucas County Prosecutor is seeking an experienced attorney to fill the full-time position of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Criminal Common Pleas Division. Under administrative direction of the Prosecutor, this individual will perform legal research; draft, review, and file pleadings; attend court hearings, and prosecute cases on behalf of the State of Ohio. Full time position will include benefits all positions include OPERS, sick leave, and vacation time. Starting salary is commensurate with experience.
