This position provides administrative assistance to a team of Property Managers, covering all aspects of property management administration and reporting. The role serves as the primary (telephone) contact for tenant/customer service requests across a portfolio of investment and corporate properties. Responsibilities include compiling and assisting in the preparation of various monthly and periodic operational, administrative, and financial reports. The administrative duties require broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices, involving analysis and determination of information requests and follow-up. The Assistant may also directly contribute to budget preparation and control activities.
