Our firm’s portfolio includes 45 multi-family communities representing approximately 5,500 units. Ludwig & Company is looking for an assistant property manager for our 102 unit apartment complex located in Aurora, IL. Under the directions of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for excellent customer service in daily management and coordination of all aspects of apartment community operations and to act in that capacity in the absence of the Property Manager. Emphasis on providing a quality living environment for student residents by maintaining positive relationships and maximize occupancy and establishing a positive working environment.
