Cottonwood Residential is hiring for an Assistant Property Manager at Fox Point in Old Farm Apartments in Millcreek, UT. The Assistant Property Manager will provide in-person assistance and service to residents regarding the payment of rent, fees, and other charges. This role involves coordinating leasing and resident activities, managing vendors, and maintaining up-to-date resident files. The Assistant Property Manager will also manage delinquencies and prepare and deliver legal and formal documents. Additionally, this position may occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent.
