Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our GROWING team in Abilene, TX . Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm Responsibilities: -Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations -Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible -Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program -Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable -Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect What We Offer You: - Competitive pay based on experience ($15-$17.50 hourly!) -$1,000 sign-on bonus! - Renewal commissions! - Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year - 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component. - Amazing medical starting at $45 per month for employees - Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Paid Holidays - Paid Time Off, 1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours - Housing Discounts What We Need From You: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years' experience in multifamily housing industry - Yardi and CRM experience a plus - Customer service experience required - Sales experience a plus - Must have excellent computer skills - Have excellent verbal and written communication - Strong multitasking abilities -Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Equal Opportunity Employer
