About The Position

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in daily operations and resident experience. You’ll support the Property Manager and step in when needed to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Processing rental applications and annual recertifications Assisting with rent increases, occupancy goals, and resident relations Supporting management reviews, community inspections, and compliance Using your leasing, hospitality, and customer service strengths to enhance the resident experience Helping maintain an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for residents and team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of apartment industry experience
  • 3+ years of Section 42/Tax Credit housing experience
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay flexible
  • Positive, team‑oriented mindset
