This role involves conducting all business in accordance with company policies and fair housing laws, managing financial aspects like monitoring income and analyzing reports, and maintaining accurate resident records. The Assistant Property Manager is also responsible for daily operational tasks, including posting rents, inspecting the community and vacant units, processing lease renewals, greeting prospective residents, handling phone calls, and contributing to marketing efforts. The position requires updating various reports, organizing documentation, processing move-ins and move-outs, managing security deposit accounting, and handling resident service requests. The Assistant Property Manager will also provide daily operational support, assist with resident functions, and serve as a backup for the Property Manager.
