Position: Assistant Property Manager Location: Central Cincinnati Apartment District – Cincinnati, OH Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Pay Rate: $24-$25/hour, plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses averaging about $8k per year Who We Are Looking For: Team player with a positive attitude 1+ year of experience in property management or leasing, preferably in multifamily housing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong verbal and written skills with excellent customer service Meticulous with effective time management and multitasking abilities Sales, marketing, legal knowledge, and negotiating skills Able to manage and resolve a variety of challenges Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance Willing to submit to drug and background checks upon receiving a job offer Other helpful skills and competencies: NALP® designation through NAA Yardi experience (highly preferred) Social media skills What You Will Do as an Assistant Property Manager: Provide daily operational support to the Property Manager. Coordinate move-ins/outs, assist with the leasing process, and help ensure the properties are in pristine condition. Resolve customer service issues and input service requests. Assist with reports, budgets, newsletters, and business correspondence. Organize and host resident events. Complete administrative tasks and batch invoices. Work out of our corporate office at The Monastery in Mt. Adams, servicing the apartment communities of Delta Flats, Mt. Adams Living, and Adams Edge. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in property management or leasing, preferably in multifamily housing
  • Computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license, auto-insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written skills with excellent customer service
  • Meticulous with effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Sales, marketing, legal knowledge, and negotiating skills
