You'll be the face of our property — helping new customers find the right storage solution, keeping tenants happy, and making sure the facility runs smoothly day-to-day. This is a great fit for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys talking to people, and takes pride in a well-kept space.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or retail sales
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers and basic software
  • Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership without needing to be managed
  • Weekend availability (Sat–Mon) is required
  • Valid driver's license and fluent English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, apartment management, retail, or self-storage is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and by phone, assessing their needs, and rent storage units
  • Process payments, complete rental agreements, and maintain accurate tenant records
  • Make courtesy and collections calls; follow up on past-due accounts per company policy
  • Prepare and send required tenant notices, reports, and correspondence
  • Keep units, office, and grounds clean, organized, and move-in ready at all times
  • Track and support marketing programs
