The Assistant Property Manager ensures a safe and attractive living environment for residents, exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. This role serves in the capacity of the Property Manager in their absence, interacting routinely and effectively with residents, associates, management, and guests to address concerns promptly. Key responsibilities include implementing sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals, recommending strategies based on market conditions, and maintaining knowledge of competitive properties. The Assistant Property Manager must comply with Enterprise Residential’s policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements, including the Fair Housing Act. They are responsible for showing and leasing apartments, qualifying prospective residents, managing lease renewals, collecting rents, and monitoring delinquencies. The position also involves promoting resident services initiatives, preparing and distributing operational and financial reports, assisting with property expenses, and attending required training sessions. The Assistant Property Manager keeps the Property Manager informed of operational information and may support other communities as assigned.
