An average day involves preparing for opening, ensuring cleanliness and order, verifying cash drawer counts, and conducting property walk-throughs. Throughout the day, the manager assists customers with storage solutions, handles rental agreements, processes payments, and addresses concerns. Regular property inspections for maintenance, safety, and security are also performed. The role may include virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and continued training, ending with closing procedures and securing the property. The position offers a work/life balance with a five-day work week (no Sundays) and finishes by 6 pm.
