We are seeking an administrative and customer service professional who will support the management and leasing at Clover Field Marketplace and The Landing in Chaska, MN. The Assistant Property Manager is a business leader who plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and long-term success of a multi-million-dollar apartment community. Working closely with the Property Manager, this position assists with leasing activities, renewals, rent collection, financial reporting, vendor coordination, regulatory compliance and procurement of supplies. In collaboration with the maintenance team, the Assistant Property Manager also helps ensure the physical condition of the property is well-maintained. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in meeting the property's operational and financial goals. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. The Assistant Property Manager reports to the Property Manager.
