The role involves preparing for opening, conducting property walk-throughs, assisting customers with storage solutions, handling rental agreements, processing payments, addressing customer concerns, performing regular property inspections for maintenance and security, and engaging in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and training. The day ends with closing procedures and securing the property, with a work/life balance that includes working five days a week (no Sundays) and being off by 6 pm.
