As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country. The successful Assistant Property Manager will work with the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property. Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience is essential. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, and take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position. Please note that this position does not include on-site parking. Additionally, the role is based in permanent supportive housing and involves supporting individuals who were formerly unhoused.
