About The Position
As the Assistant Property Manager at The Sophia, you will support and work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the overall operational and financial success of the community. You will have oversight and responsibility for all on-site accounting functions and collaborate with the Property Manager on community objectives such as occupancy, marketing, expense control, and delinquency. Your role will ensure that each resident and employee experience aligns with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.
