We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tax Credit Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administrative tasks, customer service, and property leasing. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. In this position, you will assist the Property Manager in overseeing property maintenance, which includes scheduling and coordinating repairs and renovations as needed. You will also coordinate property leasing activities, which involve marketing, showing properties, and processing lease agreements. Managing tenant relations is a key responsibility, and you will be expected to resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements is essential, and you will assist in ensuring that all properties meet these standards. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports, manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of all property-related transactions, and work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. You will also assist with the preparation of contracts and other legal documents as necessary, making attention to detail and organizational skills critical for success in this role.
